  3. Bring your physical Membership Card and head down to any of the Onboarded Partners

  4. Flash your physical membership card, and TADAH~ claim your Grounder Redemption Bundle, and get 15% off your bill (non-promotional items only).

How To Use

Membership Perks

  1. This card allows you to enjoy a 15% discount off your bill on non-promotional items at all Onboarded Partners.

  2. This card allows you to enjoy an exclusive Grounder Redemption Bundle:

    • A bundle can be redeemed at each Onboarded Partner for a total of only 1 time.

    • A bundle consists of 4 half pints of beer only that have to redeemed in one sitting. In the event if the Onboarded Partner has no draft beer available,
      an equivalent quantity shall be replaced with bottled beers.

    • Alternate bundle options (that have been pre-approved by Level Ground Community) may be offered by selected Onboarded Partners and can be found in the Google Maps link. 

    • A minimum spending of $10 per card is required for redemption.

    • Limited to 2 cards per table only.

    • For Dine-In only.

    Refer to the     Google Maps link > Click on the Onboarded Partners in the map > Click on their name to view more details > See "Redemption" for what beers are available.

  6. Where can I redeem the alternate bundle options?
    Refer to the     Google Maps link > Click on the Onboarded Partners in the map > Click on their name to view more details > See "Redemption" if there are other options available.

  7. Which days can I use my Membership Card perks?
    Refer to the Google Maps     link > Click on the Onboarded Partners in the map > Click on their name to view more details > See "Grounder Perks" for which days you can use your Membership Card.

  11. How do I cancel my Subscription?
    Send an email to hello@levelgroundcommunity.com with the email title "Cancellation of Level Ground Subscription Plan" at least 2 working days prior to your Monthly Subscription's auto-deduction date. The cancellation will take effect for your next Monthly Subscription fee billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
